This time Sechseläuten is almost ten days earlier than last year. I moblogged it last year, that's why I remember it today. Which is something new for me, as I didn't happen to be a big fan of this event, even if I like the burning man, here called the Böögg.

Jürg also moblogged the Böögg, as he was one of the crew of the VBZ-campaign from RufLanz.

PS: The burning of the Böög can always be seen live on television. This always struck me. Do similar events from other cantons also get such a coverage?

According ot Tages-Anzeiger, it took 11 Minutes and 42 Seconds, till the Böögg's head exploded, which means that we will get a decent summer, but never as hot as the last one. Last year the head exploded already after 5 Minutes 42 Seconds.
